Some Tips to Fall Asleep Faster and Sleep Better
For as long as I can remember, I have always had a hard time falling asleep. I have often turned in all directions in my bed, sometimes several hours in a row before, finally, to find the well-deserved sleep.
As a teenager, I was lucky enough to have a TV in my room. It was therefore common that, unable to sleep, I compensate by watching television until I have red eyes and I find myself dead tired.
Admittedly, I still have my brain in motion, constantly thinking about a lot of things, often insignificant, even grotesque, and that this behavior does not stop when I go to sleep. Often, I find myself in the bed, thinking of 10,000 things without sleep coming: “what am I going to do tomorrow?”
Since then, I have found different tips for falling asleep faster, and, at the same time, sleep better.
Here are some tips to fall asleep faster and sleep better:
Exercise During The Day:
It is important to provide the body with physical exhaustion that will help it sleep better. Someone who spends the day sprawled on a chair will sleep less well than if it activates during the day (sports, cleaning, shopping, etc.). If you are used to lounging during the day because you sleep badly and are tired during the day, you aggravate the situation. However, be careful not to exercise just before going to bed, it would cause a wake up of your body not conducive to starting a good night’s sleep.
Go to bed when you are sleepy. Do not go to bed just because your wife or man goes to bed if you are not sleepy. Try to occupy you by reading a book or by involving with a light music. It’s better than turning over and over again while waiting for sleep.
Separate Sleeping Room with Cool Mattress and Pillow:
Your bedroom should be a separate room, especially the bed, what they should be used for to sleep and make love. If you start getting into the habit of doing other things in bed, watching TV, reading a book, making arrows or Puzzles, you give the wrong signal to your body as you go to bed. But if you have a separate room with Cool Mattress and Pillow for sleep and sex, you will just lie in your bed so that the body understands that it is time to sleep.
Drink warm milk before going to bed. Milk contains amino acids that slow down brain function, making it more sleep-ready.
Do not take food a few hours before going to bed. Avoid all that is coffee or tea less than 4 hours before bedtime. Also, avoid chocolate in the evening.
Do not eat heavily in the evening. We sleep very badly when we have eaten too much. So be sure to make a light meal, your stomach will thank you and the night will be all the more enjoyable.
Do not watch TV in the evening before sleeping or looking for sleep. The light from the fluorescent screen causes the same effects as the sunlight on the brain, which is believed in daylight and you will more easily refuse sleep.
Sleep in Total Darkness:
It is always recommended that darkness help to get better sleep as it is near to nature. Ensure, to avoid direct lights. If you are afraid of sleeping in dark, a dim side light is fine.
