How long does a Coldest bottle actually stay cold?+
Our Limitless Series bottles stay cold for up to 100+ hours* when filled with ice. Results vary with bottle size, lid, amount of ice, outside temperature, and how often the bottle is opened.
Will a Coldest lid stay sealed in a bag?+
Coldest lids use a gasket seal designed to stay closed on the move. If a lid fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will replace it under our limited lifetime warranty.
What size Coldest should I get?+
It depends on your day. Our most popular size is the 24oz Limitless — perfect for the office, gym, or school. Go 36oz or 46oz if you want all-day hydration without refills. The Gallon is for serious athletes and long hikes. The 6.7oz is sized for little hands.
How should I clean a Coldest bottle?+
Hand wash is the safe default. Skip the freezer and the microwave.
When do new colors drop?+
New Coldest colors drop every Thursday at 9:45am ET. Drops are limited runs — once a color sells out, it's usually gone for good. The fastest way to get notified is to create a free account or join our drop list.
How fast does Coldest ship?+
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-5 business days. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $125. Most US customers receive their bottle within 3-7 days of placing the order. International shipping is available at checkout.
What's the warranty and return policy?+
Every Coldest bottle is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. New, unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Engraved or personalized bottles are final sale. Read the full terms.
Is Coldest BPA-free and food-safe?+
Coldest bottles are made from 18/8 stainless steel. Lids use silicone and plastic parts. Safe for hot and cold beverages.
