How long does a Coldest bottle actually stay cold?+
Our Limitless Series bottles stay cold for up to 100+ hours when filled with ice. Specific results depend on bottle size, ambient temperature, and how often you open the lid — but our independent lab testing shows ice in a 46oz bottle still solid after 4+ days at 72°F. We've tested against more than 50 leading brands.
Are Coldest bottles really 100% leakproof?+
Yes. Every Coldest lid is engineered with a double-sealed gasket system that's been drop-tested, shake-tested, and bag-tested. Toss it in your gym bag upside down — it won't leak. If it ever does, we'll replace it free under our warranty.
What size Coldest should I get?+
It depends on your day. Our most popular size is the 24oz Limitless — perfect for the office, gym, or school. Go 36oz or 46oz if you want all-day hydration without refills. The Gallon is for serious athletes and long hikes. The 6.7oz is sized for little hands.
Are Coldest bottles dishwasher safe?+
Yes — top rack, every cycle. Our Limitless Series is built with a fully welded interior and a stainless construction that holds up to repeated dishwasher runs without dulling or peeling. Hand-washing is also fine if you prefer.
When do new colors drop?+
New Coldest colors drop every Thursday at 10pm ET. Drops are limited runs — once a color sells out, it's usually gone for good. The fastest way to get notified is to create a free account or join our drop list.
How fast does Coldest ship?+
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-5 business days. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $125. Most US customers receive their bottle within 3-7 days of placing the order. International shipping is available at checkout.
What's the warranty and return policy?+
Every Coldest bottle is backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects — insulation failure, lid issues, anything we made wrong. New, unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Engraved or personalized bottles are final sale.
Is Coldest BPA-free and food-safe?+
Yes. All Coldest bottles are made from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and are 100% BPA-free, lead-free, and free from forever chemicals (PFAS). Lids are made from BPA-free silicone and food-grade plastic. Safe for hot and cold beverages.
