The Coldest Cooler

I bought this cooler about a year and a half ago. Love this cooler and it keeps everything so cold. We take it to the beach with us when we go on vacation and it keeps everything very cold. But we took it on this last trip an the zipper had broken so we couldn’t close it. 😕 I reached out to customer service and I guess the only option is to buy another one. I had hoped it would last more than a year and a half.

After using this cooler about 20 times the zipper broke. It is totally useless. I sent in a request for warranty and this was their response.

Unfortunately, your warranty only covers your product against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, and accidental damage.

I disagree that this falls under the category of normal wear and tear. I am very disappointed. I will not buy another item from this backyard outfit. This is not how you run a company by selling inferior products. If you read the many reviews complaining about the same thing something should be corrected.

Cooler used to work great and is still in excellent condition; now only if the zipper would work and operate as good as the cooler itself. Pretty much useless without being able to zip it up. Suggest offering all who have purchased this cooler to be able to return it back and receive full credit for another product or products of equal value.

The cooler itself was great but as others have stated the zipper sucks. I purchased mine in April of 23, the zipper stopped working in less than a year. Now as others have said now can not close. Very disappointed.

This is a great cooler for those day trips or days at the fields for soccer/softball.

Keeps everything cold and fits in small places

LOVE the cups and mugs... keeps ice for days!! The cooler, however, does not. My old Igloo kept ice for at least 24 hours. Went boating with a cooler FULL of ice and ice was gone by the end of the day.

Very disappointing considering the cost fo this cooler!!
