Perfect. No more screwing and unscrewing for me!
I’ve had a hydroflask with a screw top lid for a number of years now and unscrewing it has become second nature. But now that I have this cap with a straw — I don’t think I can ever go back to the old lid! Yes, it does have quite a bit of suction on it when you suck on the straw, but I personally like that — it tells me that there’s a tight seal on the bottle which not only prevents it from leaking, but it also helps to keep the cold (or hot) in and allows the insulation to be maximized. I have had the straw fall off a couple of times for the first few days because the straw got a little beat up during transit. At first, it wouldn’t go on at all, but after massaging it a bit, I got it to go on. It would fall off from time to time because of the ice, and because I just couldn’t push it up very far. But now, after a number of days, I think the straw is fitting better and it has not fallen off at all in the last 2 days. No leaks. Perfect fit. I love it and I think I’ll have to purchase another one at full price because my daughter is jealous and wants one of her own.
