My New Favorite Cup!!
The Coldest Water…That pretty much sums this product up! This is a very well built tumbler with double wall insulated stainless steel. It will keep your cold drinks cold and your hot drinks hot for hours and hours. It comes with a clear plastic lid that fits tightly and helps hold in the cold/heat. The size is just right for a nice large glass of your favorite beverage and you could even fit a straw through the hole in the lid.
I work in a metal building that can reach temperatures up to 100+ degrees during the summer. A regular cup filled with iced water quickly heats up to room temperature before I’ve had a chance to finish it. I had been using my travel coffee mug that is also double wall insulated stainless steel and it worked great, but it only holds a small amount compared to The Coldest Water brand tumbler. Needless to say, I’ve found my new favorite cup! This would work great when cutting the grass, any yard work, or just lying on the couch watching Game of Thrones!
It also works great for hot beverages as well! It works much like my double wall insulated stainless steel travel mug, which is to say if you fill it full of scalding hot tea/coffee, etc. it will remain scalding or near scalding for about 45min to and hour. I haven’t timed this with this particular cup, so I would imagine it may cool at a slightly higher rate with the plastic lid than my vacuum sealed travel mug, but it will also hold more liquid so it probably balances out. The point is, it stays at the temperature the liquid was when it entered the cup for much, much longer than a normal cup does, so plan your drink accordingly.
