However, adverse weather conditions such as too much heat or too cold meteorological conditions can be dangerous to humans. Precisely, very hot climate can lead to dehydration, which can result to heat stroke, heat cramps and heat exhaustion.
Nevertheless, it possible to beat the heat and curb these hot weather calamities especially during the summer through the following ways: (1) the clothes one wears, (2) keeping yourself hydrated, (3) the food you eat, and (4) the time you are exposed to sun rays.
1- The Type of Clothes One Wears:
The type of clothes an individual wears during the summer determines a lot especially comfort. Therefore, the following are the right kind of clothing and other wears to beat the heat.
First, the clothing must be the light color such as white shirts and shorts. The light color clothes reflect away sun rays and reduce sweating. Furthermore, the clothes should be loose to let in a breeze from the atmosphere and keep the body cool.
Secondly, you should wear sunglasses in order to avoid the harmful ultraviolet rays that can destroy your cornea. The shades should block at least 90 to 99 percent of ultraviolet rays.
Thirdly, an individual should wear a decent hat which is considered a fashion in the summer. The hat should have a wide beam in order to avoid the rays from getting into contact with the sensitive part of your face. Consequently, the face stays healthy and wrinkle-free.
Fourthly, sunscreen is important during outdoor activities in the summer. The sunscreen should have an SPF rating of 15 but a higher rating is also better. More so, the sunscreen should be waterproof to cover the nose, ears, back neck and shoulders.
Last but not least, you should wear lip balm. Lip balm protects an individual from direct sunlight rays to the lips keeping them moist.
2- Keep Yourself Hydrated to Beat the Heat:
During the summer an individual sweats a lot and becomes dehydrated. With that said, the following are ways you can stay hydrated.
One is by drinking a lot of water which is a coolant that reduces the rate at which an individual sweats. The level of water in an individual is determined by the color of urine of an individual. You must keep the coldest water bottles that keep the water cool up to 36 hours.
Secondly, you should take natural juice that provides energy that is required in keeping the body active during hot weather. The juice should be fresh and cold. The coldest water bottle can keep the juice fresh and cold up to 36 hours. It is one of the best ways to beat the heat.

Furthermore, you should take spicy foods due to the fact that these foods cause an individual to sweat. Sweating has a cooling effect on the skin that is important to beat the heat during the summer.
Lastly, you should eat meat with low-fat levels. The reason for this action is due to the fact that fats take a long time to be digested. Furthermore, fats have high salt levels which also dehydrated and strain the body. Always keep the drink in the insulated coldest water bottle.
