    It sure was nice when you said that cold water is good for the body since it helps burn at least 17 calories by just drinking 16oz of it. If that is true, then I will encourage my coworkers to start drinking ice cold water. Though we will probably need to have ice delivered to the office for that to happen. Thank you for sharing this!
