How long does the 20oz Tumbler keep coffee hot?
13+ hours hot, thanks to vacuum-insulated stainless steel. Use care with hot liquids: slide the lid open slowly.
How long does it keep drinks cold?
20+ hours cold, and the mouth fits big ice cubes. For the longest cold, fill it with ice first and keep the slide closed between sips.
Is the lid leakproof?
No: the clear sliding lid is splash-resistant, made for sipping upright at your desk or in a cupholder. For a bag or backpack, choose a Limitless with a Chug lid, which is 100% leakproof when closed.
Does it have a handle or a straw?
No. It's a straight 20oz tumbler with a clear sliding lid you sip from directly. Want a handle? The 15oz Limitless is our handle coffee cup.

We recommend hand washing the tumbler and the lid with warm soapy water, and rinsing under the slide after coffee or milk drinks.
Can I personalize it?
Yes. Choose Personalize above the add to cart button to laser-engrave a name or short phrase: up to 25 letters and numbers, no special characters. A few finishes can't be engraved, so the option hides on those designs. Personalized orders need 3 to 5 extra business days, and they're made just for you, so double-check the spelling before checkout.

Will a sold-out design come back?
Usually not. Designs drop as limited editions and most are gone once they sell out, so if you love one, grab it while it's here. For first access to new drops, sign up for Get the Drop at the bottom of any page, or get the COLDEST app.
Why can't I find a design I saw in an ad or a post?
It has most likely sold out. Older posts and ads can keep showing a design after it's gone. Sign up for Get the Drop at the bottom of any page to hear about new designs first.
Can I pre-order a design or join a waitlist?
No. Limited designs aren't sold as pre-orders and there's no waitlist: each drop is first come, first served when it goes live, on Thursdays at 9:45am ET.
Can I add or change engraving after I order?
No. Engraving is added on the product page before checkout, and engraving requests are final once the order is placed, so check the spelling, font and location before you check out.
Can I engrave a logo or an image?
Not with Personalize: it engraves text, in letters and numbers. For a team, business or group logo, our Custom Shop laser-engraves logos on the 36oz and 46oz Limitless, sold by the case (15-unit minimum): get a quote.

Yes. It holds 20 oz and is built for quick, on-the-go coffee, tea, and powder mixes, with pro-grade 18/8 stainless steel that leaves no metallic taste.
How do I clean under the slider on the 20oz Tumbler lid?
Soak the lid in soap and water, ideally overnight, to loosen anything stuck under the slider. The 3-in-1 Coldest Water Bottle Brush also helps, since it is made to clean bottles, lids and straws.
Can kids use the tumbler?
With adult supervision for children under 8. The Care & Warnings on this page note that the tumbler has small parts that are a choking hazard.
Where does the engraving go on the tumbler?
You choose one of 3 locations: Horizontal Name on the front, which is the smaller option, Horizontal Name on the back, or Vertical Name on the back, which is the largest.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $125 or more ship free within the contiguous US, based on the subtotal after discounts and before tax, and no code is needed. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or international orders.
