It's honestly a mystery where all the images went. However, there are rumors about them in our community. Please avoid posting images.
Do mystery boxes include products from the pet category? I don't have a pet.
They can! Nothing is off-limits and products come from our entire product line which continuously evolves as we speak. If you get a product you can't use, donate, give it to a friend, a neighbor, a parent and you'll make their day.
How come you don't make announcements of Mystery Crates or Boxes?
It's a tightly held secret about them. Its' more fun. When we first launched mystery boxes we said nothing. Word traveled across the lands and it spread far and wide. There is a waitlist to get notifications though ;)
Is there really $300+ of value in a Christmas Mystery Crate?
This is the second Christmas Edition one of these but it's been in the planning for some time, and will contain $300.00+ worth of COLDEST products, and potentially much more.
Are Mystery Crates refundable, returnable or covered under warranty?
No. As part of our game of mysteries, returns and refunds are not allowed in any situations. It's a contract you sign into. And the risk you take.
Do coupons work?
Coupons do not work in the world of mysteries.
Does free shipping work?
Free shipping does not apply to Christmas Mystery Crates due to the mysteriously large weight and size of boxes involved. We included the cost of shipping onto the base price.
Do they arrive in an actual crate?
No. The name mystery crate is to signify that is different than a Mystery Box

This was a huge box full of goodies. There were all different sizes and types of water bottles , a dog bowl and several cups and mugs in different sizes. There were ice circle packs and hydration flavor packets. There were skinny and mini can coozies. But the highlight was the limited edition Limitless Christmas Mug in white and silver. Thank you coldest ! (The PurpleNova Reflections is a separate one I bought). My husband got a new coffee mug and a water bottle for work. I think is enjoying it as much as I have.
