How does the mystery 24oz work?
You get one genuine COLDEST 24oz in a randomly selected colorway, from 100+ possible designs, with the same insulation and lids as every 24oz. Mystery bottles can be a v7 or a v8 Limitless.
Can I choose or exchange the design?
No. The design is random, so it can't be picked or exchanged, and you might get one you already own. Each design has under a 1% chance per order.
How long does the COLDEST 24oz keep drinks cold?
Up to 36+ hours ice-cold with the Chug lid closed, thanks to triple-wall vacuum insulation. For the longest cold, fill it with ice first, top it up with cold (not room-temperature) water and keep the lid closed between sips.
Can I use it for hot coffee or tea?
Yes. It keeps drinks hot for 13+ hours. The Coffee lid in the box is made for it. Use care with hot liquids: pressure can build inside, so open the lid slowly and pointed away from you.
Why is my ice melting faster than I expected?
Hold times assume a bottle packed with ice and a closed lid. An open straw lid, a bottle that's mostly water, or a refill of room-temperature water all shorten them. Fill it with ice first, top it up with cold water and keep it closed. If your bottle still doesn't hold cold like it should, contact our team.

Is it leakproof?
Yes, with the Chug lid closed: it's 100% leakproof, so it can ride in a bag or backpack. Screw the lid on until it stops and press it fully shut. The Coffee and Sip (straw) lids are made for sipping upright.

Will the 24oz fit my car's cupholder?
Yes. The base fits standard car, stroller and desk cupholders. In a tight console the handle can bump the trim, so turn it toward the open side.
Which size should I get?
15oz: your coffee and tea cup. 24oz: the lighter everyday bottle. 36oz: the original all-day size. 46oz: the most water per fill that still fits a cupholder. 1 Gallon: a full day of water in one fill (too big for cupholders). Every size has a carry handle.
What if the handle feels loose?
There are two small screws under the handle. Tighten them clockwise with any small screwdriver until snug; don't overtighten. If it still won't hold, contact our team.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to protect the finish and the insulation: printed, glitter, glow and glossy designs are not dishwasher safe. Wash the bottle and lids with warm soapy water. To deep-clean a lid, soak it for 30 minutes in warm water with a little dish soap or vinegar, rinse, and air-dry it open. Never freeze or microwave the bottle.
Does it work with CIRKUL flavor cartridges?
Yes. The Limitless handle bottle fits CIRKUL lids, as well as COLDEST wide-mouth lids.
How do the Glowie designs glow?
Glowie finishes charge in daylight or under a lamp and glow softly once the lights go out. The glow fades through the night and recharges the next day.
What is it made of?
