How long does the COLDEST 36oz keep drinks cold?
Up to 36+ hours ice-cold with the Chug or Sports lid closed (24+ with the open straw lid), thanks to triple-wall vacuum insulation. For the longest cold, fill it with ice first, top it up with cold (not room-temperature) water and keep the lid closed between sips.
Can I use it for hot coffee or tea?
Yes. It keeps drinks hot for 13+ hours. Use care with hot liquids: pressure can build inside, so open the lid slowly and pointed away from you.
Why is my ice melting faster than I expected?
Hold times assume a bottle packed with ice and a closed lid. An open straw lid, a bottle that's mostly water, or a refill of room-temperature water all shorten them. Fill it with ice first, top it up with cold water and keep it closed. If your bottle still doesn't hold cold like it should, contact our team.
Is it leakproof?
Yes, with the Chug or Sports lid closed: both are 100% leakproof, so it can ride in a bag or backpack. Screw the lid on until it stops and make sure the flip spout clicks shut. The Sip (straw) lid is made for sipping upright and can leak if the bottle tips over.
What lids come with it?

Will the 36oz fit my car's cupholder?
Yes. The non-slip base fits 99% of car cupholders. It's a tall bottle, so in a shallow holder it can lean on sharp turns.
Which size should I get?
15oz: your coffee and tea cup. 24oz: the lighter everyday bottle. 36oz: the original all-day size. 46oz: the most water per fill that still fits a cupholder. 1 Gallon: a full day of water in one fill (too big for cupholders). Every size has a carry handle.
What if the handle feels loose?
There are two small screws under the handle. Tighten them clockwise with any small screwdriver until snug; don't overtighten. If it still won't hold, contact our team.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to protect the finish and the insulation: printed, glitter, glow and glossy designs are not dishwasher safe. Wash the bottle and lids with warm soapy water. To deep-clean a lid, soak it for 30 minutes in warm water with a little dish soap or vinegar, rinse, and air-dry it open. Never freeze or microwave the bottle.
Does it work with CIRKUL flavor cartridges?
Yes. The Limitless handle bottle fits CIRKUL lids, as well as COLDEST wide-mouth lids.
How do the Glowie designs glow?
Glowie finishes charge in daylight or under a lamp and glow softly once the lights go out. The glow fades through the night and recharges the next day.

Can I personalize it?
Yes. Choose Personalize above the add to cart button to laser-engrave a name or short phrase: up to 25 letters and numbers, no special characters. A few finishes can't be engraved, so the option hides on those designs. Personalized orders need 3 to 5 extra business days, and they're made just for you, so double-check the spelling before checkout.

Why can't I find a design I saw in an ad or a post?
It has most likely sold out. Older posts and ads can keep showing a design after it's gone. Sign up for Get the Drop at the bottom of any page to hear about new designs first.
Can I pre-order a design or join a waitlist?
No. Limited designs aren't sold as pre-orders and there's no waitlist: each drop is first come, first served when it goes live, on Thursdays at 9:45am ET.
Will this design come in other sizes?
Not always. Many designs are made in only some sizes, in limited runs. To see every design that's in stock in a size, shop by size from the Drinkware menu.
Do you make a bottle without a handle?
Can I add or change engraving after I order?
No. Engraving is added on the product page before checkout, and engraving requests are final once the order is placed, so check the spelling, font and location before you check out.
Can I engrave a logo or an image?
Not with Personalize: it engraves text, in letters and numbers. For a team, business or group logo, our Custom Shop laser-engraves logos on the 36oz and 46oz Limitless, sold by the case (15-unit minimum): get a quote.
Can I preview the font and choose where the engraving goes?
Yes. When you choose Personalize you pick from 10 fonts, each with a live preview, and one of 3 locations: Horizontal Name on the front (the smaller option), Horizontal Name on the back, or Vertical Name on the back (the largest).
Will a warranty replacement be engraved?
Not after the first 30 days: a warranty replacement issued after 30 days comes without the custom engraving. If an engraved bottle has a problem within its first 30 days, contact our team.
Do I need to register my bottle for the warranty?
No. Registration isn't required: the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers eligible drinkware bought directly from coldest.com, and your order is your proof of purchase. If you ever need it, start a claim through our return portal.
What if my bottle stops keeping drinks cold?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers temperature retention on drinkware bought from coldest.com. Test it first: fill it with ice and keep the lid closed. Still warming fast? Start a claim through our return portal. We may ask for photos or a short video, and approved claims are repaired or replaced.
My lid leaks or broke. What should I do?
Check that the silicone seal sits flat inside the lid and the threads are clean, then screw the lid on until it stops, without forcing it. If a leakproof lid still leaks when closed, or a lid won't latch, start a claim through our return portal with a photo or short video: manufacturer defects and the leakproof guarantee are covered. Lost lids and damage from drops aren't.
I bought it on Amazon or TikTok Shop. Is it covered?
Not by our warranty. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty and 30-day money-back guarantee cover orders from coldest.com. For a bottle bought on Amazon, TikTok Shop or from another seller, returns and claims go through that platform or seller.
It was a gift. Can I still use the warranty?
Yes, if it was bought on coldest.com. Claims need the original order, so ask the person who gave it to you for the order number or the email used at checkout, then start a claim through our return portal.
Does the warranty cover dents, scratches or peeling?
Not dents or scratches. The warranty covers manufacturer defects, including temperature retention and the leakproof guarantee, but not normal wear (scuffs, scratches, dings), damage from drops, punctures or misuse, or cosmetic marks on a bottle that still works. If paint peels or the steel rusts without a drop or misuse, start a claim with photos through our return portal and the team will review it.
What if my design is sold out when I need a replacement?
Limited designs aren't always available for warranty replacements. When yours is gone, we may send a mystery design in the same size, or a discount code toward a future order.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't look like the photos?
