These products may have just lost their product packaging, have minor scratches, a small dent, a refurbished returned bottle with an engraving, or great condition. All our mystery boxes are manually reviewed to ensure the products are usable and of great value. We are focused on giving products a second life whereas most companies would destroy these goods that would end up in landfills. Please note: Mystery boxes cannot be returned.

Q: What’s the difference between Mystery Boxes and Mystery Crates?

Q: Can I return a mystery box?
A: No. As part of our epic deal comes one caveat. No returns on mystery boxes. You've entered into our contract of mysteries.
Q: Do mystery boxes include products from the pet category? I don't have a pet.
A: They can! Products will come from our entire range of products - hence mystery box. Nothing is ruled out. If you happen to get a pet product as part of your mystery box, you can donate it to your neighbor, friend, or family member. Please don't throw it away. The goal of Mystery Boxes is to give products a second life.
Q: Do you have any pictures of the mystery box?
A: It's a mystery where the pictures went ;)
Q: Can some products have scratches, minor dents?
A: Yes, it's possible. Sometimes a product may get scratched in transit and returned, but otherwise be a perfectly great refurbished product - fully functioning and of great use. Giving a product a second life is one less product in a landfill.
Q: There is a random engraving(s) on products that arrived in my mystery box, why?
A: Sometimes our engraving team messes up on a product and can't ship it. This product, though refurbished is now without a home, until Mystery Boxes. Another scenario is a new return from someone who wanted an engraving but for whatever reason, returned the item. Due to our epic return policy on all our other products including engravings, we now have a returned engraving that we can't put back. This product, though new, is lonely, without a home - until Mystery Boxes arrived. These products work, perform, and are new - and deserve a new home.
Q: Why Mystery Boxes?
We wanted to give products a second life. Long term, this program can have epic benefits for the planet. And we hope to see other companies join in this effort to eliminate waste. There is so much more we can do to improve how we consume, use, and build our products for maximum durability and sustainability.
Q: Is there really $150 worth in value per mystery box, and why!?
A: Yes! Sometimes up to $300. They're mysteries to this day. We do it to make mystery boxes more fun and give just the proper amount of incentive to adopt products for a second life.
Q: Should I clean items found in a mystery box?
A: Yes, we recommend all items from a mystery box be deep cleaned with Dawn Dish soap and water before use as they may have been used before. Other time's the packaging was just damaged but to be on the safe side, always clean. We do our best to inspect and remove any products beyond functional use.
Q: Why are there no mystery boxes available right now?
A: Mystery Boxes go fast. And we might not have any refurbished products looking for a second life. Keep checking back! You can join the waitlist to get emails when this goes back in stock. We try to do batches of 10-20 mystery boxes to give people a chance to get in on it. The waitlist will let you know the second it is back in stock.
Q: Can I post pictures of the Mystery Box?
A: You can discuss Mystery boxes, However, we currently block images in our community in order for it to be fun and mysterious, we request that you do not post images of your mystery boxes. Every mystery box is different. As the brand continues to grow, mystery boxes will continue to get more diverse.
Q: Where can I learn more about Mystery Boxes?
A: Mystery boxes are often a mystery. There are rumors about them in our community.
Q: Is there any warranty on products from Mystery Boxes? I found an insert saying there was.
A: No, there are no returns or warranties on Mystery Boxes.
Do coupons work?
Coupons do not work in the world of mysteries.
Does free shipping work?
Free shipping does not apply to Mystery Boxes or Crates due to the mysteriously large weight and size of boxes involved. A fixed amount will be applied at time of mystery boxes or crates depending on currrent market prices. For international countries, this will vary.

Truth be told, I ordered this because everyone was saying they got a dog bowl (which I wanted) and I wanted to see what exactly was in it. Would it be trash? Would it be a few items with missing pieces? Would it be used and dirty? Nope! At least not in my box! In one case there was 1 missing part of one lid to a bottle. It was a lid I don't prefer, but there was a brand new bagged lid set included that had the missing straw so it was no biggie. In fact, there was so much stuff I had to take it to work to share with my friends (who also loved the random surprise of something they would definitly use). I not only had the 42 ounce dog bowl, but a 21 ounce water bottle, a black leopard shaker bottle, a black 36 ounce stealth limited cup, a 46 ounce black stealth limited cup, ice packs that would work on multiple body parts, a bag of hydration sticks, a widemouth V2 lid set, and a water filter. We'll worth the $99. The 36 ounce bottle was engraved with a company logo. My only "con" for this box was that all the bottles were black which isn't bad. I was just hoping to get some color to see the different styles.
What condition were my items in? The water bottle was not in its packaging but the packaging was in the bottom of the box. The cup boxes were a little smashed but the cups were fine. This was honestly the coolest thing ever! I got so many things in my mystery box and some of it was brand new! Hundreds of dollars worth of products, I am like at a loss for words. The best way anyone can describe it is like Christmas morning .just felt like gift after gift! Even my wife, who isn’t a Coldie like me, was invested and staring into the box with glowing eyes. I am definitely eyeballing the crate next, hopefully the holiday crate is available soon ! Coldest is the best I love all the products and the support team is literally MVPs amongst any other customer service in the world !
