How come there are no pictures of what's inside?
It's honestly a mystery where all the images went. However, there are rumors about them in our community. Please avoid posting images.
Do mystery boxes include products from the pet category? I don't have a pet.
They can! Nothing is off-limits and products come from our entire product line which continuously evolves as we speak. If you get a product you can't use, donate, give it to a friend, a neighbor, a parent and you'll make their day.
How come you don't make announcements of Mystery Crates or Boxes?
It's a tightly held secret about them. Its' more fun. When we first launched mystery boxes we said nothing. Word traveled across the lands and it spread far and wide. There is a waitlist to get notifications though ;)
Is there really $250+ of value in each mystery crate?
Yes - and sometimes more!
Are Mystery Crates refundable, returnable or covered under warranty?
No. As part of our game of mysteries, returns and refunds are not allowed in any situations. It's a contract you sign into. And the risk you take.
Do coupons work?
Coupons do not work in the world of mysteries.
Does free shipping work?
Free shipping does not apply to Mystery Boxes or Crates due to the mysteriously large weight and size of boxes involved. We included the cost of shipping onto the base price.
Do they arrive in an actual crate?
No. The name mystery crate is to signify that is different than a Mystery Box.

I absolutely loved it! The silver leopard is beautiful!! So glad a sleeve was included as it's one water bottle I'm keen to keep nice. I find The Coldest Water to be better quality than other companies and doesn't necessarily break the bank so-to-speak. I did laugh about the 64 oz dog bowl as I have cats. I'm active duty Navy so these bottles have been a godsend to keep me hydrated as I spent the last nearly 5 years in the tropics, I found this brand in 2021 while stationed in Guam and they're perfect. I was thinking about giving the dog bowl away, but I do plan on adopting a dog when I retire so I'll keep it.

This mystery crate was worth every penny and there was something for everyone in the family! (And a couple of gifts too!) My favorite piece is this 32oz water bottle! I haven’t been without it since it arrived!

I really liked the mystery crate “a lot” better than the mystery box that I got at Christmas. I love letting my family go through after me and picking out what they want and then I put the rest up for presents later. My granddaughter picked out a white non shiny white water bottle, she’s taking it to Disney and going to use it like an autograph book. This was in last box. The items were more up to date and more useful but don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the Christmas box too. I would love to see a jug, sheets or a pillow in one of them one day. Either way if I see them and have the funds I’ll probably buy!lol!
