COLDEST offers free USPS shipping on orders $125 and up before tax. Subject to change. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional day for processing. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by USPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. USPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

COLDEST,USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

• Thanksgiving : November 28
• Christmas: December 24-25
• New Year’s Eve: December 30-31

COLDEST uses USPS service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

COLDEST ships internationally to select countries though our partnership with USPS. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders. Promo codes for free shipping can not be applied.
