30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for all purchases made through Coldest.com. It's that simple

• If you're unsatisfied for any reason within this period, you can return the product for a full refund.
• After 30 days, refunds are no longer guaranteed, and any resolution is at our discretion.
• Customers are responsible for returning shipping cost on any claim filed after 30 days

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on eligible drinkware products purchased directly from Coldest.com, covering manufacturer defects only.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturers Defects
• Temperature retention performance
• 100% leakproof guarantee

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scuffs, scratches, dings)
• Damage due to drops, punctures, or misuse
• Lost parts or accessories
• Cosmetic Imperfections or damaged packaging If product is functional)
• Any Mystery items, Closeout, Discontinued, or Final Sale items
• Purchases made through 3rd party platforms ( returns and refunds must be handled through those platform)
  

Limited release colors may not always be available for warranty replacements. In such cases, we may substitute with a mystery color or a discount code for a future purchase. The amount of discount is at our discreation.

Mystery items are excluded from all warranty coverage.

Replacements are provided only for the original item and carry a 30-day warranty period from the date of delivery.

Engraved & Personalized Items

We offer laser engraving and personalization on select products. Please note the following:

• If a replacement is issued after 30 days, The Coldest® is not responsible for reapplying engraving or personalization to the replacement item.
• After 30 Days personalized or engraved items are not eligible for returns.

By placing an order with personalization, you acknowledge and agree that any warranty replacements issued after 30 days will not include custom engraving or personalization.

Warranty Claims & Return Process

We will review your claim and aim to respond to you within 3-5 business days. We may ask for pictures and video of the defective product. We may request that you return the product . If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and/or part that is defective. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or personal injury.

Closeout & Final Sale Policy

All products marked as closeout, discontinued, or final sale are sold as-is and are:

• Not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty claims
• Considered final sale, even if unopened or unused
• Subject to additional discounts, which may change at any time
