The coldest pillow is very comfortable and I have been able to get better sleep. The only downside is that it doesn’t always feel cold but besides that, it is a very ‘cool’ pillow!

I have spent a fortune on pillows in the past. I have a spine issue that causes a pinched nerve in my neck to flare up if I sleep wrong. Now I also have a CPap that interferes with my sleep positions. Since I have been using the Coldest pillow, I have not taken up with headache. It is wonderful. I bought one for my husband, who says he has had the best sleep ever, and I got my DIL one for her birthday. I would recommend them to everyone.
