This bottle does what it claims – it keeps your water cold!! My son is in college and plays soccer and weightlifts – he LOVES the look and functionality of this product. It’s definitely more pricey than a lot of water bottles so it boils down to this: do you want to keep your liquids cold / hot or do you just want a container to hold your luke-warm contents? If you’re like me and you want your water cold and your coffee hot then it’s WELL worth the extra money.
Also, their customer service is excellent – they truly want you to be satisfied and they will make sure of it. They are a growing company so I hope they never get too big to care like a lot of companies seem to.
