Wonderful lid, above and beyond customer service!
I purchased this three months ago for my 24 ounce standard mouth Hydroflask. It’s a great top, but I was initially disappointed that the straws that came with it were not long enough for my particular bottle. I emailed the company and suggested longer straws and promptly forgot about using the straw lid.
Imagine my surprise and delight when today (three months after I made my order!), I received a random letter with two longer straws! I am SO excited to be able to properly use this lid! I didn’t request them, nor did I say anything after the initial email that I wrote. I am INCREDIBLY happy. (Plus – bonus – the mouthpiece is a hard plastic, instead of the rubber that hydroflask uses that gets gross and mildewy, even with regular washing. This brand will be much easier to clean).
