Target Water Bottles are better than the Coldest? Is it though?

After reading a comment that a $15 metal bottle from Target kept ice for 24 hours we got curious!

So we went to Target and bought brands that cost $15 or more and put them through a 24-hour temperature test versus the Coldest! Let’s see what happened:

As seen in the video, we tested four brands purchased from Target against the Coldest Water Bottle. All bottles were packed as evenly and fairly as possible with ice. Then filled each one all the way to the top with water. After 24 hours, we removed the lids and inserted the thermometers, waited about a minute, and here are the results:

Zulu Water Bottle vs The Coldest Water Bottle

The Zulu was 66 degrees while the Coldest is at 44 degrees. There was an 18-degree difference in coldness.

Reduce Water Bottle vs Coldest Water Bottle

The Reduce was a 50 oz size bottle and the Coldest is the 64 oz which is the closest size we have to compare. After 24 hours, the Coldest was 43 degrees and the Reduce was 55 degrees. A 12-degree difference in coldness.

Bubba Water Bottle vs The Coldest Water Bottle

As shown, both are double insulated bottles. In the end, we found out after 24 hours that the Coldest was 46 degrees and the Bubba was 55 degrees. It was a 9-degree difference in coldness.

Iron Flask Water Bottle vs The Coldest Water Bottle

After 24 hours, the Coldest was 42-43 degrees, while the Iron Flask was 51 degrees. A difference of 8 degrees in coldness.

What better way to stay hydrated throughout the day than to bring a bottle with you! There are numerous water bottle options available. Each bottle material has its own advantages, and understanding them will help you find the bottle that will make you the happiest.
