It's honestly a mystery where all the images went. However, there are rumors about them in our community. Please avoid posting images.
Do mystery boxes include products from the pet category? I don't have a pet.
They can! Nothing is off-limits and products come from our entire product line which continuously evolves as we speak. If you get a product you can't use, donate, give it to a friend, a neighbor, a parent and you'll make their day.
How come you don't make announcements of Mystery Crates or Boxes?
It's a tightly held secret about them. Its' more fun. When we first launched mystery boxes we said nothing. Word traveled across the lands and it spread far and wide. There is a waitlist to get notifications though ;)
Is there really $300+ of value in a Christmas Mystery Crate?
This is the second Christmas Edition one of these but it's been in the planning for some time, and will contain $300.00+ worth of COLDEST products, and potentially much more.
Are Mystery Crates refundable, returnable or covered under warranty?
No. As part of our game of mysteries, returns and refunds are not allowed in any situations. It's a contract you sign into. And the risk you take.
Do coupons work?
Coupons do not work in the world of mysteries.
Does free shipping work?
Free shipping does not apply to Christmas Mystery Crates due to the mysteriously large weight and size of boxes involved. We included the cost of shipping onto the base price.
Do they arrive in an actual crate?
No. The name mystery crate is to signify that is different than a Mystery Box

The Christmas mystery crate had a lot of great items in it. I keep the 40oz myself and I added ice in it this Tuesday for work and I just add water though out the day and the ice was still in it today on Friday. That’s 4 days with not having to add ice, just more water. And I drink it down at least twice while at work. Then when I get home I use my sunset nova for drinking at the house. These cups are awesome. We gave 2 apiece to ours daughters from the crate and they have fallen in love with them. Our youngest daughter loved the watermelon mix so much that she has already ordered herself one of each flavor and ordered herself the 40 oz cup. Our grandson who is 2 drinks out of the 12 oz and it doesn’t leak. Thank you for the items in the Christmas crate.

This was my official 1st purchase. To say I was happy is an understatement! I got a great haul! The Crowned Luna is my favorite.!
My only concern is when I went to complete the warranty, the website won't load. So now Idk what will happen now. I've tried on multiple devices and I can't get on the page. Other than that this has been a very good experience. 😃
