Haven’t tried to remove some of the stuffing to reduce the size, but I’m finding it is quite comfortable.

Initially, it's nice and cold to the touch. That lasts only a few minutes before it feels like every other pillow on the market. The fabric is also coming apart and has made it incredibly itchy and uncomfortable.
