Coldest reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or program terms at any time. Active ambassadors will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material change. Continuing to promote Coldest after the change date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Not allowed: coupon aggregator sites (RetailMeNot etc.), paid search ads on brand terms, sub-affiliate networks, or sharing your code in a way that lets users bypass your link.

If you're posting about Coldest and earning commission or receiving free product, the FTC requires a clear disclosure. The simplest way: include #ad or #ColdestPartner visibly in the caption (not buried in a wall of hashtags). On video, also say it out loud in the first few seconds.
