Tumbler Lid

Nice l8d but unfortunately it didn't for my tumbler. That was my fault I assumed it was a generic size but I will need a bigger size possibly a 40oz but they only sell 20oz lids from what I can see.

Bought 2 10oz Coffee mugs that came with the tumbler lids. One was perfect and still works well. The 2nd one was cracked and the slide piece fell out. Contacted Coldest numerous times with no response. Finally got it replaced. We do love the mugs even with the aggravation of the lid. It keeps our coffee really warm for a wonderfully long time. You MUST use the lid, otherwise the coffee stays warm pretty much like a normal cup. My rating is on the current working status of the mugs, not about the frustration

This lid seals in the hot liquids I had no worries about it coming out too fast, or anything spilling out on the the sides. Coldest sent a replacement, when the lid was damaged. Everything is good to the last drop!

They sent me a completely different lid and only sent one when I ordered 2. When asked to resolve the issue they acted like I had two heads and did nothing ..If they treat ambassadors this way I can only imagine how they would treat a regular patron..now I have mismatched lids, but finally got the other one.
