This pillow helps my neck tremendously while sleeping. My neck is less sore and I'm experiencing less headaches by using this pillow. It keeps me cool at night and helps me sleep much better

I have had it just sitting on a table in an unused room trying to air it out. It’s been there for a few weeks, but it still smells just as strongly. I would get a migraine if I tried to use it. It IS nice and cool, but so far not at all helpful.

Bought this for my son & the case and pillow itself have a strong chemical smell. Might be able to wash off the case but pillow is a stiff foam brick that I can't fathom how you could wash it. Return policy is awful. Bought on black Friday and they're keeping half what I paid, for the shipping label & "handling". Had to opt for a store credit so I can get the majority of my money back. They've lost a customer for good.

The pillow his very cold as advertised but it is just a rectangle piece of like a gel mattress topper . It is very hard and not comfy to sleep on.
