Works great and is pretty much leak proof even if you flip the mouth piece up and turn the bottle upside down (except if you shake it). The only thing that is slightly annoying is if you are using this without the straw (which works as long as you invert the bottle) it makes this weird whistle like hiss from the the little rubber suction stopper. I found out from a friend you can counteract this by slightly loosening up the cap before you drink it.
