Warranty claims must be made through our online return portal. Visit our website and click on "Returns" to initiate a claim. Provide your name, address, phone number, order number, product information, and select a description of the problem.

We will review your claim and contact you within 2 business days. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental or intentional damage, improper use or maintenance, product modification or tampering, or acts of God or other force majeure events.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or personal injury.

This means these discounted products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
