CARE
Freezing Instructions:
1. Keep the freeze sleeve inside of the supplied bag and place in freezer for a minimum of two (2) hours;
2. Once your freeze sleeve is cold, take it out of the bag and slip it on your treatment area;
3. Your freeze sleeve may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use;
4. Always remove your freeze sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.
Note: Always store product in a plastic bag while in freezer

So I just got this, like, a couple hours ago? Popped it in the freezer right away and just grabbed it and it's so cold. It also fits really well! Super maliable and easy to walk in, though a touch awkward. I got this for my chronic ankle pain after I broke my ankle two years ago and I can tell, just from wearing it a dozen or so minutes, that this will do wonders for me. Highly recommended!

One of the most difficult things about ice packs is that they won't conform to all of the needed areas of the foot and ankle. This ices my whole foot and ankle perfectly. It is comfortable and very easy to get on and off. I use it twice a day for foot pain. This is a great product.
