Instruction:
Freezing Instructions:
1. Keep the freeze sleeve inside of the supplied bag and place in freezer for a minimum of two (2) hours;
2. Once your freeze sleeve is cold, take it out of the bag and slip it on your treatment area;
3. Your freeze sleeve may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use;
4. Always remove your freeze sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.
Note: Always store product in a plastic bag while in freezer.

These are best eye ice packs I have owned! I have several of the ice packs for various parts of my body but I love these for migraines and when my autoimmune system starts to flare and my eyes swell and are itchy. These soothe my eyes without making the rest of my face too cold because of the fabric that touches your eyes.

I have used eye ice packs for years for my headaches. This ice pack is great, doesn't freeze solid, it is still bendable even when frozen.Also, it much colder and the cold lasts longer than any other ice pack I've used before. I love it!
